Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a cell pouch sealant layer in which a secondary amide or secondary bis amide-based lubricant is included as a lubricant in the cell pouch sealant layer, and a manufacturing method thereof. A secondary amide or secondary bis amide-based lubricant is added to the cell pouch sealant layer in a certain range, so that outer layer breakdown voltage can be increased without affecting the inner layer lubricant expression, processability, and moldability. 셀 파우치의 실란트 층에 활제로서 이차 아미드(Secondary amide) 또는 이차 비스 아미드(Secondary bis amide) 계열의 활제가 포함된 셀 파우치 실란트층 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 셀 파우치의 실란트 층에 활제로서 이차 아미드(Secondary amide) 또는 이차 비스 아미드(Secondary bis amide) 계열의 활제를 일정 범위로 첨가하여 내층 활제 발현 및 공정성, 성형성에 영향을 주지 않으면서 외층 절연파괴전압을 높이도록 할 수 있다.
