Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a post injection material composition comprising 10 to 100 parts by weight of in-furnace desulfurization type coal combustion high calcium fly ash with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, a calcium oxide (CaO) component contained in a high-calcium fly ash of an in-furnace desulfurization type fluidized bed boiler coal combustion power plant meets mixing water, generates heat and expands, so as to quickly stabilize the ground, and a vitrified silicon oxide (SiO_2) compound is activated by alkali stimulation generated during a hydration reaction of cement to cause a pozzolanic reaction, thereby expressing long-term strength equal to or higher than that of cement. In addition, because fly ash having a relatively low mass is included, an amount of powder in unit mass is increased to compensate for volumetric shrinkage, and thus, a gap between a perforated ground and the original ground may be filled, and the loss of injection liquid by groundwater that may exist between a perforation hole and an embedded post may be prevented, so as to significantly improve a front end bearing capacity and circumferential friction of the embedded post compared to the existing cement injection solution.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부에 대하여 로내 탈황방식 석탄연소 고칼슘 플라이애시 10~100중량부를 포함하는 말뚝 주입재 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 로내 탈황방식 유동층보일러 석탄연소 발전소 고칼슘 플라이애시에 포함된 CaO 성분이 배합수와 만나면서 즉시 발열 팽창작용을 해 지반을 조속히 안정화시키며, 유리화된 SiO2 성분이 시멘트의 수화반응시 생성되는 알칼리 자극에 의해 활성화되어 포졸란 반응을 함으로서 시멘트와 동등 이상의 장기 강도를 발현할 수 있다. 또한 상대적으로 낮은 질량을 가진 플라이애시를 포함하기 때문에 단위질량 내 분체량이 많아지는 효과로 체적수축을 보상하는 효과가 있어 천공지반과 원지반의 간극을 채워주며 천공구멍과 매입말뚝 사이에 존재할 수 있는 지하수에 의한 주입액의 유실을 방지하여 매입 말뚝의 선단지지력 및 주면마찰력을 기존 시멘트 주입액에 비하여 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
