본 발명은 바탕경사와 바탕위사가 직조된 지조직의 일면에 파일층을 형성한 벨벳원단으로 이루어진 폐 PET 수지를 이용한 직물 블라인드지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 회수된 폐 PET 수지를 열간 용융 및 방사하여 PET 재생원사를 제조하는 PET 재생원사 제조단계와; 상기 재생원사 제조단계에 의해 제조되는 PET 재생원사의 표면에 차염구간과 착색구간이 형성된 착색패턴을 형성하는 착색패턴 형성단계와; 바닥경사와 바닥위사가 직조된 지조직층의 일면에 PET 재생원사를 파일경사로 하는 파일층이 형성된 벨벳 원단을 제조하는 벨벳원단 직조공정과; 상기 지조직층의 일면에 형성된 파일층을 염료액에 함침하여 저온 염색 및 저온 건조하여서, 상기 PET 재생원사의 차염구간을 제외한 착색구간에만 염료가 염색하여 건조되도록 하는 파일층 부분 염색 및 건조단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. |
