Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an emulsification system for synthetic waste resin having a charging device, which is an emulsification system for thermally decomposing a synthetic waste resin block obtained by compressing the synthetic waste resin in a pyrolysis furnace, comprising: a bogie running on a rail installed on the floor between a loading space where synthetic waste resin blocks are stacked and a thermal transformation passage; a telescopic boom which is installed such that one side is fixed to the bogie, and in which a plurality of booms are drawn out or inserted in multiple stages to have a variable length; and a fork installed on the other end of the telescopic boom. As optimal loading is achieved by the telescopic boom and swivel fork, the space efficiency inside the pyrolysis furnace is improved. Since the time to charge the synthetic waste resin block into the pyrolysis furnace is shortened, the preparation time for the next operation can be shortened.
본 발명은 장입장치를 구비한 폐합성수지용 유화시스템은 폐합성수지를 압착한 폐합성수지 블록을 열분해로에서 열분해하는 유화시스템에서, 폐합성수지 블록이 쌓인 적재공간과 열변해로 사이의 바닥에 설치된 레일 위를 주행하는 대차; 이 대차에 일측부가 고정되고, 다수의 붐이 다단으로 인출 또는 삽입되어 길이가 가변되도록 설치된 텔레스코픽 붐;과, 텔레스코픽 붐의 타측단에 설치된 포크;를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 텔레스코픽 붐 및 스위블 포크에 의해 최적의 적재가 이루어져 열분해로 내부의 공간 효율이 향상되고, 폐합성수지 블록을 열분해로 내부에 장입하는 시간이 단축되어 다음 작업을 위한 준비시간이 단축될 수 있도록 한 것이다. |
