In addition, as the muscle stem cells are cultured in a medium including glycine, an appropriate differentiation period can be selected, so that the quality of cultured meat can be improved by differentiating the muscle stem cells when necessary. 근육줄기세포 증식을 위한 글라이신을 포함하는 근육줄기세포 배양용 배지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 글라이신을 포함하는 근육줄기세포 배양용 배지 조성물에 의하면, 근육줄기세포를 체외에서 배양하는 경우에도 세포의 증식능 및 분화능이 저하되지 않아 근육줄기세포를 대량 배양할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 상기 글라이신을 포함하는 배지를 통해 근육줄기세포를 배양함에 따라 적절한 분화시기를 선택할 수 있어, 필요한 때 근육줄기세포를 분화시킴으로써 배양육의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
