Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are an electrode for a vanadium redox flow battery which sufficiently increases a redox reaction site of vanadium ions and reduces electrical resistance to increase a sufficient redox reaction time and has an ion adsorption layer including two or more hydrophilic functional groups on a carbon fiber support, and a vanadium redox flow battery having improved reaction efficiency, charge/discharge capacity and battery efficiency by adopting the same. 바나듐 이온의 산화환원 반응자리가 충분히 증가하고 전기 저항이 저하하여, 충분한 산화환원 반응시간을 증가시킬 수 있는 바나듐 산화환원 흐름전지용 전극으로서 탄소섬유 지지체에 2 종류 이상의 친수성 관능기를 포함하는 이온흡착층이 도입된 바나듐 산화환원 흐름전지용 전극; 및 이를 채용함으로써 향상된 반응효율, 충방전 용량 및 전지 효율을 갖는 바나듐 산화환원 흐름전지가 개시된다.
