Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a device for automatically controlling lifting and lowering of a cargo vehicle auxiliary wheel according to a cargo load loaded on a vehicle. According to the present invention, the cargo load is measured by detecting a change in a distance of a spring, which is increased or decreased according to the load on a lower part of a cargo space without directly measuring the cargo load. Thus, the device can be used without being damaged by an external shock which may occur during road driving. Even when a modulus of elasticity of the spring is changed by long-term use, a lifting and lowering operation of an auxiliary wheel can be performed according to the load more accurately through self-correction. In detail, the present invention has the effects of increasing a driving force of a vehicle or reducing fuel consumption by differently controlling an internal air pressure of an airbag for allowing in an auxiliary wheel to be lifted and lowered according to a road driving condition.
본 발명은 차량에 적재된 화물하중에 따라 화물차량 보조바퀴의 승강을 자동으로 제어하는 장치로, 화물하중을 직접적으로 측정하지 않고, 화물공간의 하부에 적재하중에 따라 증감하는 스프링의 거리변화를 감지하여 측정함으로써, 도로 주행 시 발생하는 외부 충격에 파손되지 않고 사용될 수 있으며, 장시간 사용에 따라 스프링의 탄성계수가 변경된 경우에도 자가 보정을 통해 보다 정확한 적재하중에 따른 보조바퀴의 승강동작이 이루어질 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 특히 주행하는 도로상황에 따라 보조바퀴를 승강하는 에어백의 내부 공기압을 서로 다르게 제어함으로써, 차량의 구동력을 증가시키거나 연비를 절감시킬 수 있다. |
