Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a novel fusion protein with a cell-permeable platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) gene, and to a composition for promoting hair growth or preventing or alleviating hair loss comprising the fusion protein with a cell-permeable PDGF gene as an active ingredient. The fusion protein with a cell-permeable PDGF gene according to the present invention is effective in promoting hair growth and preventing or alleviating hair loss, and thus can be effectively used as a cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition, a quasi-drug composition, a food composition, etc. 본 발명은 신규 세포 투과형 혈소판 유래 성장인자 융합 단백질 및 상기 세포투과형 혈소판 유래 성장인자 융합 단백질을 유효성분으로 포함하는 발모 촉진용 또는 탈모 방지 또는 탈모 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 세포 투과형 혈소판 유래 성장인자 융합 단백질은 발모 촉진 및 탈모 예방 또는 개선 효과를 가지고 있어, 이와 관련한 화장료 조성물, 약학적 조성물, 의약외품 조성물, 식품 조성물 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
