Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a building structure using a precast concrete wall and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the building structure using a precast concrete wall comprises: a central wall formed by a precast method and forming a wall disposed inside the building structure; a first-layer wall, at least a part of which is formed by a precast method, and arranged in such a way as to form an outer wall of the first layer of the building structure and to be supported by the central wall; and a second-layer wall formed at least in part by a precast method and configured to form an outer wall of the second-layer of the building structure and supported by the second-layer portion of the central wall. 본 발명은 프리캐스트 방식으로 형성되며, 건축 구조물의 내부에 배치되는 벽면을 이루는 중앙 벽체; 적어도 일부가 프리캐스트 방식으로 형성되며, 상기 건축 구조물의 1층 외벽을 이루되 상기 중앙 벽체에 지지되는 방식으로 배치되는 1층 벽체; 및 적어도 일부가 프리캐스트 방식으로 형성되며, 상기 건축 구조물의 2층 외벽을 이루되 상기 중앙 벽체의 2층 부분에 지지되는 방식으로 배치되는 2층 벽체를 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 벽체를 사용한 건축 구조물 및 그 시공 방법을 제공한다.
