수지 필름과 수지 필름의 편면에 배치된 도전층을 갖는 정극 집전체와, 정극 집전체에 접하는 정극 활물질층을 갖는 정극과, 수지 필름과 수지 필름의 편면에 배치된 도전층을 갖는 부극 집전체와, 부극 집전체에 접하는 부극 활물질층을 갖는 부극과, 정극과 부극의 사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터를 갖는 비수 전해질 이차 전지로서, 정극 집전체 및 부극 집전체 중 적어도 일방의 도전층이 두께 10~1000nm이며, 이 도전층은 수지 필름에 고착되어 이루어지고, 정극 집전체의 수지 필름의 주위와 부극 집전체의 수지 필름의 주위가 겹쳐 용착되며, 이들 수지 필름에 둘러싸인 내부에 비수 전해질을 함유하여 이루어지는, 비수 전해질 이차 전지, 이 비수 전해질 이차 전지에 적합한 집전체, 및 이들의 제조 방법. Provided are a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery including a positive electrode having a positive electrode collector which has a resin film and a conductive layer disposed on one surface of the resin film, and a positive electrode active material layer in contact with the positive electrode collector; a negative electrode having a negative electrode collector which has a resin film and a conductive layer disposed on one surface of the resin film, and a negative electrode active material layer in contact with the negative electrode collector; and a separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, in which the conductive layer of at least one of the positive electrode collector or the negative electrode collector has a thickness of 10 to 1,000 nm, and the conductive layer is fixed to the resin film, and a periphery of the resin film of the positive electrode collector and a periphery of the resin film of the negative electrode collector are superimposed and welded to each other, and an inside surrounded by the resin films contains a non-aqueous electrolyte; a collector suitable for the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery; and a method for manufacturing the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a method for manufacturing the collector.
