Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a synthesis method for solvothermal synthesis of submicron-sized spherical monodisperse RuO_2 particles through a metal precursor, an environmentally friendly organic solvent, and an additive for forming monodisperse particles and provides a synthesis method which can simply adjust the size by adjusting reaction time. According to the present invention, costs can be reduced by using an inexpensive commercial precursor reagent and the monodisperse RuO_2 particles can be easily synthesized in one-pot without a complicated process. 본 발명은 금속 전구체와 친환경적 유기용매 및 단분산 입자를 형성 시키는 첨가제를 통해 서브마이크론 크기의 구형 단분산 RuO2 입자를 용매열 합성하는 합성법을 제공하고, 간단히 반응 시간을 조절하여 크기를 조절할 수 있는 합성법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 가격이 저렴한 상업적인 전구 시약을 사용하여 비용을 절감하고, 복잡한 공정 없이 one-pot으로 손쉽게 단분산 RuO2 입자 합성이 가능하다.
