APPARATUS FOR POLISHING

Disclosed is a polishing apparatus. The polishing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a roller unit including a polishing roller disposed to come in contact with a welding bead, and a driving roller driven by a driving motor; a polishing belt connecting the polishing roller to the driving roller, and circulated when the driving motor is operated to polish the welding bead; and a body coupled to the roller unit. The polishing roller has a shape in which a first rubber wheel and a second rubber wheel arranged at the left and right sides of the first rubber wheel are coupled. The first rubber wheel is formed of a material with a hardness lower than that of the second rubber wheel. When the polishing roller is pressurized against the welding bead in a convex shape, the first rubber wheel is deformed in a concave shape in accordance with the shape of the welding bead so as to maintain the shape of the welding bead and to perform a polishing work. 연마장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 연마장치는 용접비드와 맞닿도록 마련된 연마롤러와, 구동모터에 의해 구동하는 구동롤러를 포함하는 롤러부; 연마롤러와 구동롤러를 연결하며, 구동모터 동작 시 순환 이동하면서 용접비드를 연마시키는 연마벨트; 롤러부에 결합된 몸체;를 포함하되, 연마롤러는 제1고무휠 및 제1고무휠의 좌우측에 배치된 제2고무휠이 결합된 형태이고, 제1고무휠은 제2고무휠에 비해 낮은 경도의 재질로 마련되며, 볼록한 형상의 용접비드에 연마롤러를 가압 시 용접비드의 형상에 따라 제1고무휠이 오목한 형상으로 변형되어 용접비드 형상을 유지하면서 연마작업이 수행되도록 한다.
