Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a multiple next-generation sequencing (NGS) kit for the diagnosis of novel variant infectious disease viruses. By using the diagnostic kit of the present invention configured such that the targeted sequencing technology and barcode-tagged sequencing (BTSeq) technology, which are differentiated from existing Sanger sequencing and the NGS technology, are applied, 34 virus sequences can be analyzed in one experiment. Therefore, the present invention is expected to be effectively used for detecting novel variant infectious disease viruses. 본 발명은 신·변종 감염병 바이러스 다중 차세대 염기서열 진단키트에 대한 것으로, 본 발명의 진단키트는 기존 Sanger sequencing 및 차세대염기서열 (conventional NGS)과는 차별화된 Targeted sequencing 기술과 Barcode Tagged Sequencing (BTSeq) 기술이 적용되어 1회 실험으로 34종의 바이러스 서열을 분석할 수 있으므로, 신·변종 감염병 바이러스를 검출하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
