Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cell penetrating peptide-linker-anticancer drug conjugate for treating colorectal cancer, and a pharmaceutical composition, for preventing or treating colorectal cancer, comprising the same. Particularly, the conjugate, in which octaarginine (R8) CPP is bound with oxaliplatin by means of a heterogeneous linker, exhibits effective cellular uptake and strong cytotoxicity effect against colorectal cancer cells, and thus is effective in treating colorectal cancer. 본 발명은 대장암 치료를 위한 세포 투과 펩타이드-링커-항암제 접합체 및 이를 포함하는 대장암 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 옥타아르기닌(R8) CPP를 이질성 링커를 통해 옥살리플라틴과 결합한 형태의 접합제로서, 이는 효율적인 세포 흡수 및 대장암 세포에 대한 세포독성 효과가 강한 바, 대장암 치료에 효과적이다.
