An exhaust gas processing apparatus for a ship according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reducing agent supply unit supplying a reducing agent to an exhaust gas discharged from an exhaust gas discharge device provided in the ship; and a processing unit connected to the reducing agent supply unit and removing particulate matter, black carbon, and nitrogen oxide from the exhaust gas. The processing unit includes a filter for filtering and removing the particulate matter from the exhaust gas. The filter includes: an oxidation catalyst for oxidizing the black carbon; and a reducing catalyst reducing the nitrogen oxide included in the exhaust gas into nitrogen together with the reducing agent to remove the nitrogen oxide from the exhaust gas. The black carbon oxidized by the oxidation catalyst can be filtered by the filter to be removed from the exhaust gas. The present invention can be easily installed in a ship with many spatial restrictions.
