Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a high-efficiency thermoelectric material having a high powertector that increases a Seebeck coefficient by inducing Se or Te defects in Bi2(Te,Se)3, which is well known as a thermoelectric material, and improves charge mobility by performing doping with an ionic compound and inducing an ionic crystal field inside the material. 본 발명은 열전물질로 잘 알려진 Bi2(Te,Se)3에 Se 또는 Te 결함을 유도하여 제백계수를 증대 시키고, 이온결합 화합물을 도핑하여 물질 내부에 이온 결정장을 유도함으로써 전하 이동도를 향상시켜 높은 파워텍터를 갖는 고효율 열전소재에 관한 것이다.
