Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lead-acid battery case with a dual structure, and a dual-structure lead-acid battery case manufactured thereby. More specifically, since an air layer is formed inside a dual-structured case, an insulation effect of preventing heat of a lead-acid battery from rising due to heat of an engine when a lead-acid battery is installed in a vehicle is provided, and leakage of sulfuric acid stored inside the lead-acid battery to the outside is prevented when damage or cracking occurs in an external case by impact. Accordingly, vibration resistance and insulation properties are increased, and thus an effect of increasing lifespan is provided. The method comprises an inner case manufacturing step, an outer case manufacturing step, and a dual-structure case manufacturing step.
