Zusammenfassung: | In accordance with the present invention, provided is an electric compressor including: a housing part in which a motor is placed; an inverter part which is installed on one side of the housing part, and controls the motor; a scroll part which is installed on the other side of the housing part, and compresses a refrigerant; and a top cap part which is installed on one side of the scroll part, and flows the refrigerant therein. The top cap part includes: a top cap body part through which the refrigerant flows to be discharged; a discharge pipe which is installed in the top cap body part, and discharges the refrigerant to the outside; and a passage member which is installed in the top cap body part. In accordance with the present invention, in the top cap part, the passage member, which allows only the refrigerant to be discharged to the outside when a safety valve is opened, is installed above a boundary surface of oil charged therein, and, thus, the refrigerant and the oil can be prevented from being discharged at the same time. Therefore, in accordance with the present invention, since the top cap part prevents the refrigerant and the oil from being discharged at the same time through the passage member when the safety valve is opened, the durability of the electric compressor can be maintained, and the performance of a vehicle can be improved.
본 발명은, 내부에 모터가 배치되는 하우징부; 상기 하우징부의 일 측에 설치되며, 상기 모터를 제어하는 인버터부; 상기 하우징부의 타 측에 설치되며, 냉매를 압축하는 스크롤부; 상기 스크롤부의 타 측에 설치되며, 냉매가 유동되는 탑캡부;를 포함하며, 상기 탑캡부는, 냉매가 유동되어 토출되는 탑캡본체부와, 상기 탑캡본체부에 설치되며, 냉매가 외부로 토출되는 토출관과, 상기 탑캡본체부의 내부에 설치되는 통로부재를 포함하는 전동압축기를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 전동압축기에 의하면, 탑캡부에 안전밸브가 개방 시 냉매만 외부로 토출되도록 하는 통로부재가 충진된 오일의 경계면보다 상측에 설치됨으로써, 냉매와 오일이 동시에 방출되지 않도록 한다. 따라서 본 발명에 따른 전동압축기에 따르면, 탑캡부에서 안전밸브 개방 시에 통로부재를 통하여 냉매와 오일이 동시 방출되지 않도록 하여 전동압축기의 내구성을 유지하며, 차량의 성능을 향상시킨다. |
