Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides an astrocytic cell model using C6 glioma cells and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a method for screening therapeutic agents for degenerative brain diseases using the astrocyte cell model. More particularly, as an increase in astrocyte-like AQP4 and GFAP expression has been identified in C6 glioma cells cultured under optimal insulin treatment concentration conditions, the glioma cells cultured under the above conditions may be provided as an astrocyte cell model, and the astrocyte cell model may be provided as an AQP4-based degenerative brain disease cell model through β-amyloid treatment, and thus a candidate material showing the expression regulation of AQP4 may be screened as a treatment for degenerative brain disease such as dementia. 본 발명은 C6 신경교종세포를 이용한 성상세포 세포모델 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하며, 상기 성상세포 세포모델을 이용한 퇴행성 뇌질환 치료제 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 최적의 인슐린 처리 농도 조건에서 배양된 C6 신경교종세포에서 성상세포와 같은 AQP4 및 GFAP 발현 증가가 확인됨에 따라, 상기 조건으로 배양된 신경교종세포를 성상세포 세포 모델로 제공할 수 있으며, 상기 성상세포 세포 모델에 β-아밀로이드 처리를 통하여 AQP4 기반의 퇴행성 뇌질환 세포 모델로 제공하여 AQP4의 발현 조절을 나타내는 후보물질을 치매와 같은 퇴행성 뇌질환 치료제로 스크리닝할 수 있다.
