Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a blended yarn comprising a hemp fiber, a natural material that maintains properties such as antibacterial activity, deodorizing performance, UV blocking function, quick drying and hygroscopicity, for a long period of time, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the blended yarn comprising a hemp fiber and a manufacturing method therefor of the present invention, through a manufacturing method including a pretreatment process of hemp fibers and a process of mixing hemp fibers and polyester in a certain ratio, a blended spun yarn comprising a hemp fiber having all the advantages of hemp fibers and polyester, and a manufacturing method therefor can be provided. 본 발명은 항균성, 소취성, 자외선 차단기능, 속건성 및 흡습성 등이 장시간 유지되는 기능을 가진 천연 소재인 헴프를 포함하는 혼방사 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 헴프를 포함하는 혼방사 및 이의 제조 방법은 헴프 섬유의 전처리과정과, 헴프 섬유와 폴리에스터를 일정 비율로 혼용하는 과정을 포함하는 제조 방법을 통해 헴프 섬유와 폴리에스터가 지니고 있는 장점을 최대화시킨 헴프 혼방사 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
