description The present invention relates to a microfluidic mixer and a microfluidic apparatus comprising the same. In the microfluidic mixer according to the present invention, a disc-shaped mixing unit in which a U-shaped protrusion unit is doubled is continuously provided along a microchannel. Therefore, collision of samples is increased, so that binding efficiency thereof can be improved and a binding time can be shortened. In addition, since the microfluidic apparatus according to the present invention includes the microfluidic mixer, it is possible to continuously detect a target material at a high speed even at a high flow rate. Therefore, the microfluidic apparatus can be usefully used for early diagnosis and prognostic diagnosis of diseases such as a cancer. 본 발명은 미세유체 혼합기 및 이를 포함하는 미세유체 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 미세유체 혼합기는 U자 형태의 돌출부가 이중으로 형성된 원반형의 혼합부가 미세유로를 따라 연속적으로 구비됨으로써, 시료들의 충돌을 증가시켜 이들의 결합 효율을 향상시키고 결합 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 미세유체 장치는 상기 미세유체 혼합기를 포함함으로써, 빠른 유속에서도 연속적으로 표적 물질을 고속으로 검출할 수 있어, 암과 같은 질병의 조기진단 및 예후 진단에도 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
