Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a packaging method of fresh food which is generally perishable, and a packaging material for performing the method. According to the present invention, the present invention does not need an external element as compared to an existing gas replacement packaging method, maintains CO_2 of concentration which is effective for a long period of time, and prevents an exudation flowing out from the food from being resorbed to the food. 본 발명은 대체로 부패하기 쉬운(perishable) 신선식품의 포장 방법 및 상기 방법을 실시하기 위한 포장재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 종래의 가스치환 포장방법에 비해 외부 요소를 필요로 하지 않으면서도 장기간 유효한 농도의 CO2를 유지할 수 있고, 식품으로부터 용출된 삼출물이 식품에 재흡수되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 포장방법 및 포장재를 얻을 수 있다.
