According to the present invention, the ejection device for taking out a molded product molded by an injection molding machine includes: a structure including a frame having a plurality of tubular bodies, and an upper plate installed on an upper side of the frame; a multi-joint robot installed on the upper plate to move the molded product; an adsorption member including an installation plate installed at an end of the multi-joint robot, an adsorption plate installed on left and right sides of the installation plate and having a flow path, and an adsorption pump installed on one side of the multi-joint robot to such air through the flow path so that the molded product is adsorbed; and a sensing member installed on the installation plate to detect the molded product.
본 발명은 설치공간과, 구성이 복잡한 X축, Y축, Z축 이송 로봇 대신 다관절 로봇을 사용하여 공간 활용성을 확보하고, 성형물을 흡착 고정함으로써 성형물의 사이즈에 상관없이 적용 가능하며, 성형물을 감지하여 오작동을 방지할 수 있는 취출장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 취출장치는 사출성형기에 의해 성형된 성형물을 취출하는 취출장치에 있어서, 다수개의 관체로 이루어진 프레임과, 이 프레임 상측에 설치되는 상판으로 이루어진 구조체; 상기 상판에 설치되어 성형물을 이동시키는 다관절 로봇; 상기 다관절 로봇의 끝단에 설치되는 설치판과, 이 설치판 좌우측에 설치되며, 유로가 구비된 흡착판과, 다관절 로봇 일측에 설치되어 상기 유로를 통해 공기을 흡입하여 성형물이 흡착되도록 하는 흡착펌프로 구성된 흡착부재; 및 상기 설치판에 설치되어 성형물을 감지하는 감지부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
