CPVC CONNECTING FITTING FORMED BY CHLORINATED POLYVINYL CHLORIDE

The present invention relates to a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) connection pipe. According to the present invention, the CPVC connection pipe comprises: a first pipe housing which includes a pipe derivative making an extension pipe penetrate, and a pipe receptor which is formed as one with the pipe derivative and surrounds the extension pipe, and which makes the extension pipe protrude from the other side of the pipe derivative; and a second pipe housing which includes a pipe contact body inserted into the pipe receptor and making the extension pipe penetrate, a pipe border body formed as one with the pipe contact body and surrounding an end unit of the extension pipe, and a pipe settlement body formed as one with the pipe border body and extending toward the opposite side to the pipe contact body and exposing the extension pipe to a CPVC branch pipe. The pipe receptor and the pipe contact body, with the first pipe housing engaged with the second pipe housing, have a one-side incision locking ring which diagonally faces on the pipe receptor or the pipe contact body and moves by being bound with a certain area between the pipe receptor and the pipe contact body, and are bound with each other through the one-side incision locking ring. Therefore, it is possible to return a twisted form of a corrugated pipe into the initial form of the corrugated pipe. 본 발명에 따른 CPVC 연결 배관은, 신축관을 관통시키는 관 유도체와 함께, 관 유도체에 일체로 형성되어 신축관을 둘러싸면서 관 유도체의 반대 편에 신축관을 돌출시키는 관 수용체로 이루어진 제1 관 하우징; 및 관 수용체에 삽입되어 신축관을 관통시키는 관 접안체, 그리고 관 접안체에 일체로 형성되어 신축관의 단부를 둘러싸는 관 경계체, 그리고 관 경계체에 일체로 형성되어 관 접안체의 반대 편을 향해 연장하면서 신축관을 CPVC 가지배관에 노출시키는 관 안착체로 이루어진 제2 관 하우징을 포함하고, 관 수용체와 관 접안체는, 제1 관 하우징과 제2 관 하우징의 결합 상태에서, 신축관의 길이 방향을 따라 관 수용체 또는 관 접안체에서 비스듬하게 마주하여 관 수용체와 관 접안체 사이의 소정 영역에 구속되어 움직이는 일측 절개 잠금링을 가지며, 일측 절개 잠금링을 통해 서로에 대해 결속한다.
