Zusammenfassung:In accordance with the present invention, provided is a power conversion device of a hydrogen conversion system of renewable energy including: a water electrolyzing unit positioned at the midpoint between a renewable energy source and a system connected to each other through a transmission line, and receiving renewable energy power through the transmission line to produce hydrogen and oxygen; a fuel cell for producing power from the hydrogen produced by the water electrolyzing device to transmit the same to the system; and a power conversion device installed between the water electrolyzing device, the fuel cell, and the power transmission line. The power conversion device of the present invention comprises: a power conversion unit for connecting a system during power reception of a water electrolyzing device and power generation of a fuel cell; and a controller for controlling the water electrolyzing device, the fuel cell and the power conversion unit on the basis of a renewable energy generation output power (P(t)) and a system voltage (Vg(t)). The power conversion unit includes: an AC conversion unit for converting AC power of the system into DC power; a DC conversion unit for adjusting voltage of the DC power; a current control unit for controlling a current flow during power reception of the water electrolyzing device and power generation of the fuel cell to prevent generated power of the fuel cell from being input into the water electrolyzing device; and a power buffer for preventing sudden fluctuation in voltage and current that may occur due to operations of the AC conversion unit, the DC conversion unit and the current control device. Therefore, overvoltage and low voltage of a connected system are solved. 본 발명은 송전선으로 서로 연계되어 있는 재생에너지원과 계통의 중간 지점에 위치하여 송전선을 통해 재생에너지 전력을 수전하여 수소와 산소를 생산하는 수전해장치와, 수전해장치가 생산한 수소로부터 전력을 생산하여 계통에 송전하는 연료전지와, 수전해장치와 연료전지와 송전선 사이에 설치되는 전력변환장치를 포함하는 재생에너지 수소 변환 시스템의 전력변환장치을 제공한다. 전력변환장치는 수전해장치의 수전과 연료전지 발전시 계통 연결을 수행하는 전력변환부 및 재생에너지 발전 출력전력(P(t)) 및 계통전압(Vg(t))에 기초하여, 수전해장치, 연료전지 및 전력변환부를 제어하는 제어기를 포함하고, 전력변환부는, 계통의 교류전력을 직류전력으로 변환하는 교류변환부와, 직류전력의 전압을 조정하는 직류변환부와, 수전해장치의 수전과 연료전지 발전시 전류흐름을 제어하여, 연료전지 발전 전력이 수전해장치로 입력되지 않게 하는 전류제어부와, 교류변환부, 직류변환부 및 전류제어부의 동작에 의해 발생할 수 있는 전압 및 전류의 급격한 변동을 방지하는 전력버퍼를 포함한다.
