CUTTING OIL TANK CHIP PURIFIER DEVICE AND CONTROL METHOD

The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing chips in a cutting oil tank and a control method thereof, which uses a detection sensor to automatically detect filtered-out chips in a housing, thereby preventing any problem from happening due to oversaturation of chips and enabling the inside of the tank to be more efficiently cleaned. The apparatus for removing chips in a cutting oil tank in accordance with the present invention comprises: a cutting oil tank (10) containing used cutting oil; a primary housing (20) where cutting oil pumped by an oil pump (30) from the cutting oil tank (10) is introduced; a primary screen (21) disposed in the primary housing(20) to filter out impurities in the cutting oil introduced from the outside; a detection sensor (22) disposed in the upper part of the primary housing (20) to detect impurities filtered out on the primary screen (21); a secondary housing (40) where the cutting oil passed through the primary housing (20) is introduced; and a secondary screen (41) disposed in the secondary housing (40) to filter out impurities in the cutting oil introduced from the outside. 본 발명은 절삭유 탱크 칩 청소장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 감지센서를 이용하여 하우징 내부에 필터링 되어진 칩의 자동 감지가 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 칩의 과포화로 인한 문제 발생이 방지됨과 함께 내부 청소작업이 보다 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 사용된 절삭유가 저장되는 절삭유 탱크(10)와; 상기 절삭유 탱크(10)로 부터 오일펌프(30)에 의해 펌핑된 절삭유가 유입되는 1차 하우징(20)과; 상기 1차 하우징(20) 내부에 구비되어 외부로 부터 유입된 절삭유의 이물질을 걸러주는 1차 여과망(21)과; 상기 1차 하우징(20)의 상부에 구비되어 1차 여과망(21) 내에 걸러진 이물질을 감지하기 위한 감지센서(22)와; 상기 1차 하우징(20)을 통과한 절삭유가 유입되는 2차 하우징(40)과; 상기 2차 하우징(40) 내부에 구비되어 외부로 부터 유입된 절삭유의 이물질을 걸러주는 2차 여과망(41);을 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
