Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a method for verifying an intracellular beta-arrestin-biased signal transduction according to the activation of a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). The method for verifying an intracellular beta-arrestin-biased signal transduction of a GPCR according to an aspect of the present invention is capable of effectively selecting a beta-arrestin-biased ligand, so that the method can be usefully used in the development of GPCR-targeted drugs minimizing side effects and maximizing efficacy to treat central nervous system disorders. G 단백질 연결 수용체(G protein-coupled Receptor; GPCR)의 활성화에 따른 세포 내 베타어레스틴 (beta-arrestin) 편향적 신호 전달을 검증하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 G 단백질 연결 수용체의 세포 내 베타어레스틴 편향적 신호 전달 검증 방법을 이용하여 베타어레스틴 편향적 리간드를 효과적으로 선별할 수 있는 바, 부작용을 최소화하고 효능을 극대화한 GPCR을 타겟으로 하는 중추신경계 질환 치료제 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
