Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ginseng extract with enhanced ginsenoside Rg1 content, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a ginseng extract with enhanced Rg1 content by transforming Re into Rg1 through an enzymatic reaction. The ginseng extract with an increased ginsenoside Rg1 content can be prepared by using the manufacturing method according to the present invention, and also a functional food fortified with ginsenoside Rg1 manufactured by the method can be provided. 본 발명은 진세노사이드 Rg1 함량이 강화된 인삼 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 효소 반응을 통해 Re가 Rg1으로 형질전환되어 Rg1 함량이 강화된 인삼 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
