Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode device and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, it relates to an organic light emitting diode device that includes a lower electrode layer and an upper electrode layer; a multilayer thin film layer formed between the lower electrode layer and the upper electrode layer and including a charge injection layer, a charge transfer layer, and a light emitting layer; an electrode protection layer formed on the upper electrode layer; and a thermal diffusion layer formed on the electrode protective layer, and a method of manufacturing the same.
