Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concentrate using a filter medium containing gold, silver, germanium, zeolite, and red clay. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concentrate which can effectively remove harmful microorganisms while simultaneously providing multi-functionality such as antibacterial, deodorizing, far-infrared ray and negative ion emission, and the like; has a high content of an active component; has a shortened extraction time; has excellent mouthfeel and the functionality with a soft flavor; has a wide area of the filter medium in contact with concentrate material components; and prevents concentrate material components from sticking and burning in an extractor and a concentrator. 본 발명은 금, 은, 게르마늄, 제올라이트 및 황토 함유 여과재를 이용한 농축액 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 항균, 탈취, 원적외선, 음이온 방출 등의 다기능성을 동시에 부여할 수 있도록 하여 유해미생물을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있도록 하면서, 유효성분의 함량이 높고, 추출시간이 단축되며, 부드러운 풍미로 목넘김 및 관능이 우수하고, 농축액 재료 성분들과 접촉하는 여과재의 면적이 넓도록 하며, 추출기와 농축기 내부에 농축액 재료 성분들이 늘어붙어 타지 않도록 하는 농축액 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
