Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a system for measuring an optical communication module. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system for measuring an optical communication module, which is able to measure the characteristics of each optical communication module by using a large number of optical communication module measuring jigs. The system for measuring the optical communication module comprises: a measurement information processing module (11); measuring fixtures (13a, 13b) with a large number of measuring jigs (13_1 to 13_n or 13_1 to 13_k) on which the optical communication module is fixed; and an interface module (12) which sets the operation between the measuring fixtures (13a, 13b) and the measurement information processing module (11). The measuring fixtures (13a, 13b) are replaceable. The present invention aims to provide a system for measuring an optical communication module, which is able to improve measurement efficiency.
본 발명은 광통신 모듈 측정 시스템에 관한 것이고, 구체적으로 다수 개의 광 통신 모듈 측정 지그를 이용하여 각각의 광 통신 모듈의 특성 측정이 가능한 광통신 모듈 측정 시스템에 관한 것이다. 광통신 모듈 측정 시스템은 측정 정보 처리 모듈(11); 광 통신 모듈이 고정되는 다수 개의 측정 지그(13_1 내지 13_n 또는 13_1 내지 13_k)가 형성된 측정 픽스처(13a, 13b); 및 측정 픽스처(13a, 13b)와 측정 정보 처리 모듈(11) 사이의 작동을 설정하는 인터페이스 모듈(12)을 포함하고, 상기 측정 픽스처(13a, 13b)는 교체 가능하다. |
