Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a membrane electrode assembly for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell having a hierarchical corrugated structure. The membrane electrode assembly for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell having a hierarchical corrugated structure prepared by transferring the hierarchical corrugated structure fabricated on a polystyrene film to PDMS, transferring the PDMS onto a polymer through thermocompression bonding, and then applying a catalyst layer greatly improves the performance of the electrode by increasing a contact area and a reaction area between the catalyst layer and a polymer electrolyte membrane due to the hierarchical corrugated structure, and can remarkably improve the performance of the fuel cell even when a small amount of catalyst is used. 본 발명은 계층적 주름진 구조의 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 막전극 집합체의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 폴리스티렌 필름 상에 제작한 계층적 주름진 구조를 PDMS로 전사시키고 PDMS의 열압착을 통해 고분자 상으로 전사시킨 다음 촉매층을 도포하여 제조된 계층적 주름진 구조의 고분자 전해질 연료전지용 막전극 집합체는 계층적 주름진 구조로 인하여 촉매층과 고분자 전해질 막의 접촉면적과 반응면적이 증가하여 전극의 성능이 크게 향상되고 적은 양의 촉매를 사용하여도 연료전지의 성능을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
