Zusammenfassung:	A thermal image monitoring device and a distributing panel including the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, a rotation vibration removing unit and a horizontal vibration removing unit can individually prevent relative sliding of a base and a bracket and the bracket and a thermal image camera and reduce vibration in a rotational direction or in one direction by contact. 열화상 감시 장치 및 이를 포함하는 배전반이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 회전 제진부 및 수평 제진부는 각각 베이스와 브라켓, 브라켓과 열화상 카메라가 상대적으로 미끄러 지는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 접촉에 의해 회전 방향 또는 일 방향으로의 진동을 저감시킬 수 있다.
