The present invention relates to an opening/closing toilet that prevents bathroom pollution comprising: a partition large enough to fit one person wherein a padlock on a bathroom partition is locked and a door cannot be opened when there is content in the toilet, and a footrest located under the toilet is stepped to open the door after flushing; a toilet with a sensor present in the partition; and a footrest of a certain size located in front of the toilet.
