CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FAST-HARDENING RAIL TRACK FOR IMPROVING BALLAST RAIL TRACK

The present invention relates to a construction method of a fast-hardening track for the maintenance of a ballasted track, which can rapidly and easily maintain an existing high-speed rail or a ballasted track for high-speed route without delay in operation, and can secure stability and structural rigidity of a fast-hardening track without damage to a nonwoven fabric by installing a shear-reinforced rebar on a side surface of the fast-hardening track after constructing the fast-hardening track. The construction method of the present invention comprises: a demolition step of demolishing a ballast and a sleeper of a pre-installed ballasted rail from a road and a rail, respectively; a gravel input step of installing a nonwoven fabric on the road, and inputting the gravel on an upper portion of the nonwoven fabric to form the ballast again; a sleeper installation step of installing the sleeper on an upper portion of the ballast formed through the gavel input step, and fastening the rail; a compaction step of compacting the ballast; a mortar filling step of filling a fast-hardening mortar into the ballast; and a track forming step of completing and hardening a fast-hardening track through the hardening of the fast-hardening mortar. 개시된 내용은 기존의 고속철도 또는 고속화노선용 자갈도상궤도를 운행 지연없이 신속용이하게 유지보수할 수 있으며, 급속경화궤도의 시공 이후 급속경화궤도의 측면에서 전단보강철근이 설치되도록 함으로써 부직포의 파손없이 급속경화궤도의 안정성과 구조적 강성이 확보될 수 있도록 하는 자갈도상궤도 유지보수를 위한 급속경화궤도의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 개시된 내용은 기 설치된 자갈도상궤도의 자갈도상과 침목을 노반과 레일로부터 각각 철거하는 철거단계와, 상기 노반 상에 부직포를 설치하고 상기 부직포의 상부에 자갈을 투입하여 자갈도상을 다시 형성하는 자갈투입단계와, 상기 자갈투입단계를 통해 형성된 자갈도상의 상부에 침목을 설치하고 상기 레일을 체결하는 침목설치단계와, 상기 자갈도상을 다지는 다짐단계와, 상기 자갈도상 내로 급속경화 모르터를 충전하는 모르터충전단계와, 상기 급속경화 모르터의 경화를 통해 급속경화궤도를 완성하는 경화시키는 궤도형성단계를 포함하는 자갈도상궤도 유지보수를 위한 급속경화궤도의 시공방법을 일 실시예로 제시한다.
