Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a spring pad manufacturing method for a vehicle suspension device interposed between a spring used in the vehicle suspension device and upper and lower seats supporting the spring. The spring pad includes an insulator absorbing shock in contact with the spring and forming a body of the spring pad, wherein the insulator is manufactured by foam injection molding to reduce the weight of the spring pad. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 자동차 현가장치에 사용되는 스프링과 상기 스프링을 지지하는 상부 및 하부시트 사이에 개재되는 자동차 현가 장치용 스프링 패드 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 스프링 패드는 상기 스프링에 접하여 충격을 흡수하고 스프링 패드의 몸체를 이루는 절연체를 포함하되, 상기 스프링 패드의 경량화를 위해 상기 절연체를 발포 사출성형 하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 패드 제조방법이 제공된다.
