According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step of feeding a long base film wound on a roll in a longitudinal direction to form a film; a step of performing patterning if necessary; and a step of forming a functional layer on the base film. The base film is provided with a polyimide layer imidized by applying a polyamic acid solution on a support material, and the support material is separated and removed by using an interface between the polyimide layer and the support material after the functional layer is formed on the side of the polyimide layer, and thus the base film is thinned. (과제) 얇은 수지 필름 상에 기능층을 구비한 적층부재를 얻음에 있어서, 그 제조 과정에 있어서의 핸들링성을 고려하면서 기능층의 품질에의 영향을 억제해서 적층부재를 제조할 수 있는 방법을 제공한다. (해결 수단) 롤상으로 권취된 장척의 기재 필름을 길이 방향으로 조출해서 성막 처리하고, 필요에 따라 패터닝 처리하고, 기재 필름 상에 기능층을 형성해서 적층부재를 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 기재 필름은 지지재 상에 폴리아미드산 용액을 도포해서 이미드화시킨 폴리이미드층을 구비하는 것이며, 상기 폴리이미드층측에 기능층을 형성한 후, 폴리이미드층과 지지재의 계면을 이용해서 지지재를 분리해서 제거하여 기재 필름을 박육화하는 적층부재의 제조 방법이다.
