Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a BWS system (1) in which a support frame (10) is provided with a winch compensation towing device (10-2). As for the support frame (10), a winch wire (21-1) connected to a harness (50) and subject to the harness additional weight is exposed to the outside. The winch compensation towing device (10-2) performs load compensation on the harness additional weight by the weight balance effect of a weight (27) connected to a winch (21) where the winch wire (21-1) is wound and unwound. As a result, the manufacturing cost of the BWS system (1) can be reduced as compared with that of an actuator compensation towing device. According to the present invention, manual operation minimization is achieved using the combination of a weight detection sensor (40-3) and winch upper- and lower-end position sensors (40-1, 40-2). As a result, a user can use the BWS system (1) with convenience.
본 발명의 BWS 시스템(1)은 하네스(Harness)(50)와 연결되어 하네스 부가 무게를 받는 윈치 와이어(21-1)가 외부로 빠져 나온 서포트 프레임(10)에 구비된 윈치보상 견인장치(10-2)가 하네스 부가 무게를 상기 윈치 와이어(21-1)가 감고 풀어지는 윈치(21)와 연결된 무게 추(27)의 중량 밸런스 효과(Weight Balance Effect)로 하중보상 해줌으로써 BWS 시스템(1)의 제조비용을 액추에이터 보상견인장치 대비 낮출 수 있고, 특히 윈치 상/하단 위치 센서(40-1,40-2)와 함께 무게 검출 센서(40-3)의 조합을 이용한 수동조작 최소화로 BWS 시스템(1)에 대한 사용자 편리성도 제공하는 특징을 갖는다. |
