Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a high voltage bus bar structure for improving high current short circuit performance which comprises a safety bar which is cut when a target short circuit current is applied. The safety bar is mounted between a first bus bar and a second bus bar mounted on a battery pack, includes at least one bending point in which heat generation is concentrated when the target short circuit current is applied and a break unit in which the heat generation overlaps when the target short circuit current is applied, and has a power cut off safety module mounted between the first and second bus bars. Therefore, a melting unit applying method is implemented to have high manufacture.
본 발명은 고전류 단락 성능 개선을 위한 고전압 부스바 구조에 관한 것으로, 목표 단락 전류 인가 시 절단되는 안전바를 포함하며, 안전바는, 배터리 팩에 장착된 제1 부스바와 제2 부스바 사이에 장착되고, 목표 단락 전류 인가 시 열발생이 집중되는 1개 이상의 절곡지점과, 목표 단락 전류 인가 시 열발생이 중첩되는 파단부를 포함하며, 제1 부스바와 제2 부스바 사이에 전원차단 안전모듈을 장착하는 것으로, 융단부 적용 방식이 구현되므로, 제조성이 높은 고전류 단락 성능 개선을 위한 고전압 부스바 구조를 제공한다. |
