The present invention provides a device for driving a motor which can reduce internal noise. The device for driving a motor comprises: a lower case in which a receiving space is formed inside and an upper side is opened; an upper case closing an open surface of the lower case to form an inner space; a central case disposed in the lower case and partitioning the inner space formed by the lower case and the upper case; a first substrate disposed on the lower case and including a first connector; a second substrate disposed on the central case and including a second connector; and a connection substrate disposed in the inner space, including a first connection connector electrically connected to the first connector and a second connection connector electrically connected to the second connector, and transmitting electrical signals between the substrates. 본 발명은, 내부에 수용 공간이 형성되고 상측이 개방된 하부케이스; 상기 하부케이스의 개방면을 폐쇄하여 내부공간을 형성하는 상부케이스; 상기 하부케이스에 배치되어 상기 하부케이스와 상부케이스가 형성하는 내부공간을 구획하는 중앙케이스; 상기 하부케이스에 배치되며 제1 커넥터를 포함하는 제1 기판; 상기 중앙케이스에 배치되며 제2 커넥터를 포함하는 제2 기판; 및 상기 내부공간에 배치되며, 상기 제1 커넥터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 연결커넥터와 상기 제2 커넥터와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 연결커넥터를 포함하여 기판 상호 간의 전기적 신호를 전달하는 연결기판;을 포함하는 전동기 구동장치를 제공한다.
