Zusammenfassung:	A disclosed lighting system for preventing a tunnel accident comprises: an internal illumination sensing unit sensing illumination of a lighting inside the tunnel; an external illumination sensing unit sensing illumination outside the tunnel; a speed sensing unit sensing speed of a vehicle passing through the tunnel; and a control unit controlling illumination inside the tunnel so that an illumination difference between the inside and outside of the tunnel does not exceed a set range, and adjusting a length of a section that illumination inside the tunnel is adjusted based on the speed measured by the speed sensing unit. 개시되는 터널사고방지 조명시스템는, 터널 내부조명의 조도를 감지하는 내부조도감지부; 터널 외부의 조도를 감지하는 외부조도감지부; 터널 내부를 지나는 차량의 속도를 감지하는 속도감지부; 및 터널 내부와 외부의 조도 차이가 설정된 범위를 넘지 않도록 터널 내부의 조도를 조절하되, 상기 속도감지부에 의해 측정된 속도를 기준으로 상기 터널 내부의 조도 조절이 이루어지는 구간의 길이를 조절하는 제어부;를 포함한다.
