According to the present invention, unlike an existing method, the method of the present invention uses a differentiation medium including combinations of various cytokines to differentiate astrocytes from neural stem cells, such that differentiation time is reduced, excellent differentiation efficiency is provided, and the differentiated astrocytes provide immune reaction inhibition ability, thereby being useful as treatment medicine for various brain diseases such as degenerative neuronal diseases. 본 발명은 신경줄기세포를 성상교세포로 효율적으로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 세포전환 방법을 기반으로 빠른 시간 내에 보다 효율적으로 인간 신경줄기세포를 면역반응 억제능을 나타내는 성상교세포로 분화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 여러 사이토카인의 조합을 포함하는 분화배지를 이용하여 신경줄기세포를 성상교세포로 분화시키는 방법은 기존의 방법과 달리 분화 시간이 단축되고 분화 효율이 우수하며, 분화된 성상교세포가 면역반응 억제능을 나타내므로 퇴행성 신경계 질환과 같은 다양한 뇌질환 치료제로 유용하다.
