The method for manufacturing a novel lafutidine crystal form of the present invention produces a desired crystal form according to temperature control after dissolution, thereby being able to be easily applied to production (scale-up) and stably manufacture the lafutidine crystal form with high purity. 본 발명은 라푸티딘 결정형을 고순도로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 라푸티딘 결정형 제조방법은 용해 후 온도 조절에 따라 원하는 결정형을 생산하는 것을 특징으로 함으로써 쉽게 생산(스케일업)에 적용 가능하고 안정적으로 고수율로 라푸티딘 결정을 제조할 수 있다.
