HEAT WELDING APPARATUS FOR COMBINING PLASTIC FUEL TANK AND PLASTIC PARTS

The present invention relates to a heat welding apparatus for bonding a plastic fuel tank and plastic components. In particular, assuming an initial state prior to operations, in which the center of a plastic component (1) clamped by a gripper (10), the center of a component heater (20), the center of a tank heater (30), and the center of a welding part (2a) of a fuel tank (2) are situated on a vertical straight line (L1), the heat welding apparatus, only by vertical movements of the gripper (10), enables the operation of heating a welding surface (1a) of the plastic component (1), and enables the plastic component (1) with the welding surface (1a) heated, to move to the welding part (2a) of the fuel tank (2) to be bonded thereto by heat welding. 본 발명은 플라스틱 연료탱크와 플라스틱 부품 결합용 열융착장치에 관한 것으로, 작동 전 초기상태를 기준으로 그리퍼(10)에 클램핑된 플라스틱 부품(1)의 중심과 부품히터(20)의 중심 및 탱크히터(30)의 중심과 연료탱크(2)의 융착부(2a)의 중심이 수직방향의 일직선(L1)상에 위치하는 구성으로, 그리퍼(10)의 상하방향 이동만으로 플라스틱 부품(1)의 융착면(1a)을 가열하는 작업 및 융착면(1a)이 가열된 플라스틱 부품(1)을 연료탱크(2)의 융착부(2a)로 이동시켜서 열융착 결합이 가능하도록 된 것이다.
