According to embodiments of the present invention, the method for repairing and reinforcing an insulation wall diagnoses an insulator deformation condition in an insulation unit (10) to find an internal space (18) of the insulation unit (10), forms an inlet hole (22) on the insulation unit (10) to insert a tool into the internal space (18), inserts an air supply unit (30) into the internal space (18) through the inlet hole (22), blows heat to the air supply unit (30) to remove humidity included in a first insulator, and inserts an insulator supply unit (40) into the internal space (18) through the inlet hole (22) to fill the internal space (18) with a new second insulator (48) by the insulator supply unit (40) after the dehumidifying step (S3) is ended. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 단열 벽체의 보수 보강 방법은, 단열 유닛(10) 내부의 단열재 변형 조건을 진단하여 단열 유닛(10)의 내부 공간(18)을 찾고, 내부 공간(18)으로 공구를 투입하도록 하는 단열 유닛(10)에 인렛 홀(22)을 형성시키며, 인렛 홀(22)을 통하여 내부 공간(18)으로 에어 공급 유닛(30)을 집어넣고, 에어 공급 유닛(30)으로 열기를 불어 넣어 제1 단열재(16)에 포함된 습기를 제거하고, 제습 단계(S3)가 종료된 후에, 인렛 홀(22)을 통하여 내부 공간(18)으로 단열재 공급 유닛(40)을 집어넣어 단열재 공급 유닛(40)으로 새로운 제2 단열재(48)를 내부 공간(18)에 채우는 구성을 포함할 수 있다.
