In a tandem horizontal fillet welding method according to an embodiment of the present invention a metal cored wire is used as a wire of the preceding electrode, a torch angle of the preceding electrode is 25° to 50°, a flux-cored wire is used as a wire of the following electrode, a torch angle of the following electrode is 35° to 60°, and an electrode distance between the preceding electrode and the following electrode is 15 mm to 50 mm. The preceding electrode has a welding current of 350 A to 450 A and a welding voltage in a range of 22 V to 32 V, and the following electrode has a welding current of 280 A to 380 A and a welding voltage in a range of 28 V to 38 V. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 탠덤 수평 필렛 용접 방법은 선행 전극의 와이어로 메탈 코어드(Metal Cored) 와이어를 사용하고, 상기 선행 전극의 토치각은 25°~ 50°이고, 후행 전극의 와이어로 플럭스 코어드(Flux Cored) 와이어를 사용하고, 상기 후행 전극의 토치각은 35°~ 60°이며, 상기 선행 전극과 상기 후행 전극 사이의 전극거리는 15mm ~ 50mm이다. 상기 선행 전극의 용접 전류는 350A ~ 450A, 용접전압이 22V~32V 범위이며, 상기 후행 전극의 용접 전류는 280A ~ 380A, 용접전압이 28V~38V 범위일 수 있다.
