Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a capsule having a sustained-release characteristic and supporting a poorly water-soluble substance without the use of a stabilizer by including a natural porous polymer material. The present invention provides a stable capsule using a poorly water-soluble substance, the capsule comprising: a single-layer capsule composed of a poorly water-soluble substance and scoria; and a double-layer capsule in the form surrounding the outer wall of the single-layer capsule with a wall material. 천연 다공성 고분자 소재를 포함하여 안정화제의 사용이 없이도 수난용성 물질을 담지하고 서방성의 특징을 갖는 캡슐이 개시된다. 본 발명은 수난용성 물질 및 화산송이로 이루어진 단일층 캡슐; 및 상기 단일층 캡슐 외곽을 벽재로 감싸고 있는 형태의 이중층 캡슐;을 포함하는 수난용성 물질을 이용한 안정한 캡슐을 제공한다.
