In the multi-phase instrument, errors for each phase and a comprehensive error are autonomously estimated, and whether an error exceeds a reference value is detected and diagnosed in an AMI environment in real time. 본 발명은 부하평형을 위해 전 세계적으로 많이 쓰이는 방식인 고객 수전설비 변압기 결선이 △(1차)-Yg(2차)인 환경에서 전력량계의 설치점 위치가 1차측인 경우에 적용되는 기술로써, 전력량계에 입력된 계량정보를 정보를 통해 별도의 자동으로 자체 전력량계의 정상계량 여부를 판단하고, 다상(multi-Phase)계기의 있어 상별 오차와 종합오차를 자체적으로 추정하고, 기준치 이상의 오차 초과여부를 AMI 환경에서 실시간으로 감지하고 진단하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
