Zusammenfassung:	An objective of the present invention is to provide an organic light emitting display device capable of sensing a characteristic change due to heat of an analog-to-digital converting unit, which converts sensing voltages corresponding to threshold voltages into digital values, with threshold voltages when threshold voltages of driving transistors are sensed in units of each horizontal line of an organic light emitting display panel. The organic light emitting display device comprises: an organic light emitting display panel; a data driver; and a control unit. 본 발명의 목적은, 유기발광 표시패널의 각 수평 라인 단위로 구동 트랜지스터들의 문턱전압들이 센싱될 때, 상기 문턱전압들에 대응되는 센싱 전압들을 디지털값으로 변환시키는 아날로그 디지털 컨버팅부의 열에 의한 특성 변화를 상기 문턱전압들과 함께 센싱할 수 있는, 유기발광 표시장치를 제공하는 것이다.
