The control unit also can control the supply of an energy source supplied to the water heater specimen and a control valve of the pipe forming unit and can control the water supply pressure and the temperature of a constant-temperature water bath in accordance with a water induction setting condition. The control unit also comprises a control calculation unit and a database calculating calories of the discharged water of the water heater specimen and controlling the obtained data and operating a temperature and humidity sensor in an air conditioning room and temperature and pressure sensors of the constant-temperature water bath and the pipe forming unit. The control unit controls a power supply to the water heater specimen and controls the flow of the pipe forming unit using the control valve to follow the real usage pattern provided from the database based on calorie flow rate information transmitted from the calorie flow rate sensing unit.
